Our Facility

BCRC with a prime location in Vista next door to Tri-City Hospital and Emergency Room, is an independent and privately owned clinical research facility specializes in Phase II-IV clinical trials in areas of Cardiology and Internal Medicine since 2018. Its founders, Dr. Hanh Bui and Hakim Mohamed, DBA, have been involved in research for over twenty years combined.
