Additionally, Serana will not sneeze at all if she is still a vampire. Included in this mod: Dialogue which will appear to change Serana's attributes making her marriable. This quest can be triggered after the Bannered Mare Date and the subsequent friendship conversation. - Added in another condition to the Alternate Voice switching script- turns out I forgot Chasing Echoes also took place in the Soul Cairn, not just Castle Vokihar, - Fixed radiant love dialogue not appearing for some, - Added in some more failsafes to ensure Companions commentary runs more smoothly, - Fixed Serana not being able to train you in Speechcraft, - Moved all Serana's goodbye lines into one consolidated branch under a new data quest entry. - Added conditions for some of Serana's radiant dialogue to only occur if she likes the player romantically, - Made the facial animations for some dialogues more expressive. The reason of this being that while vampires in Elder Scrolls are undead, they still retain a lot of characteristics from their mortal life. Big Update! Her comment after "The Silver Hand" quest should now fire for more people. A patch will be uploaded to the SDA Patch Hub to re-enable this dialogue for those who want this gameplay feature back. - Added in delays for the radiant lovemaking feature to only occur after the Unseen Visions quest. | If the banter is not triggering for you for some reason (Serana should speak to Sofia as soon as they meet) try saving, then reloading your save. - An SDA Serana menu feature (currently unvoiced, but with full feature functionality). - Added a "LocTypeDungeon" condition for Serana's radiant love timer, so she won't be asking you for kisses in a dungeon anymore. The romance shouldn't have conflicts story-wise, as your Dawnguard side is not directly referred to in a lot of these romance dialogues with Serana. - Recap dialogue on Volkihar Castle Undercroft and Courtyard, - Misc minor fixes to some dialogue here and there, tweaking conditions and existing subtitle typos, - Additions to existing Main Quest dialogue, - New radiant dialogue while exploring the Soul Cairn, and Tamriel at night. If you've already experienced this bug and are on PC, type "Set SDA_AlternateVoice to 1", or reload an earlier save (before Prophet). - Removed "LocTypeDwelling" from the outfit changing script. (PC only, due to how detecting player dialogue status is an SKSE function), - Serana should get irritated less often now when you bump into her while sneaking. Serana now has her own custom horse, which you obtain through a short quest (which can be triggered as early as the Moth Priest hunt). The horse will also follow/teleport to her when it has gotten too far, so no need to worry about horse catch-ups. Some of these are scripted, as to add to and grow Serana's character development in relation to to other characters, but some of them are radiant (which means the conversations are rather inconsequential and can randomly occur). You have been warned. - Revamped Drinking Buddies code from the ground-up. No patch plugin needed, SDA should automatically detect when you have said mod installed and Serana is wearing the Ram Horn cuirass. I haven't gotten that to work yet, so you'll have to dismiss her yourself. Improved pacing and tone of the "Trust" conversation by cutting unnecessary lines that made the conversation a bit melodramatic. - Removed Alternate Voice toggle scripts- as they're not needed anymore. For this to work, players need to download the SDA Wig Patch (implementation still WIP, SMP wig patches to be uploaded soon) or add their own wig records to the SDA_Wiglist Formlist via a custom patch in xEdit. If that doesn't work, then type "stopquest SDA_FollowerBanter" in the console, followed by "startquest" for that same quest entry. - Fixed quest commentary triggers for Serana "Season Unending" quest, - Tweaked dialgoue conditions for some Forgotten Vale idles, - Fixed dialogue static with two radiant greets. - One of the radiant greets had a mismatching audio file. (SDA_MainDialogue record), - Tweaked conditions for Serana's Arcaneum dialogue so that it can be triggered earlier (First Lessons doesn't need to be completed), - Text dialogue tweaks (from player) for consistency, - Delayed Teleport Spell dialogue to only occur after the Tracking Marker talk has been had to free up dialogue menu clutter, - Tweaked player background conversation to not be repeatable (Serana doesn't need to learn about the player's background more than once), - Serana will only seem knowledgeable (comment on the current state of the world and Elder Scrolls lore) if she has been to the Arcaneum at least once. Big Content Update! - Repurposed existing SDA conversations ((Stories on the Island, Shop, "How does it feel to be a vampire" dialogue) for Drinking Buddies- you can now talk to Serana about these topics through the Drinking Buddies feature! PLEASE heed this advice as if you don't, you might run into some weird and annoying wonkiness. If the player chose to destroy the Dark Brotherhood, one of Serana's DB radiant greets should no longer occur, Increased threshold for magicka commenting, Reduced frequency of combat-end greets regarding Serana being tired. - Reduced frequency of pop culture/meme lines by -20%, - Reduced frequency of Serana singing by -5%. This change was done to make sure everything was better paced. I felt in vanilla, that conversation was cut short. - Serana now has a map marker, toggle-able through the quest journal. - Backend script and quest design improvements for Serana Romance 4-9. - Added in Papyrus log debug messages for the horse feature, to help troubleshoot additional issues. - Implemented a proper dismiss and wait script to Serana's "House of Horrors" and "Diplomatic Immunity" quests respectively. - Disabled a bit more radiant idles for a more consistent experience. This happens later in the Dawnguard questline so it's good for roleplay. - Improvements to dialogue conditions for SDA Hangover commentary, - Backend script improvements with quest aliases, - Mjoll Banter will no longer occur outside of Riften, or when Mjoll is a follower, - Script improvements for scripting language of Alternate Voice toggle, - Backend script improvements for Radiant Love Quest. Now Serana should never be lost again! - Main Quest commentary completely redone with more immersive and extensive dialogue for each stage of it. If she can't wait, Serana's wait functionality will just be suspended - though this may create some wonkiness, so I suggest you do not complete the Diplomatic Immunity quest with Serana, or use the sleep feature once Chasing Echoes is active. Serana should now properly wait when being asked to wait. It's intended for her to stop her headtracking and just look forward, which works sometimes. It was not possible to disable the zombie spell without editing Serana's base NPC record, which is out of the scope of this mod (as to keep it compatible with all Serana Replacers). If the player thinks highly of Serana they can treat her kindly, but if they thought she's been a nuisance and annoying they can respond to her like that as well. One of the most expansive updates for SDA to date. 3.
